Our most popular a-boards are the MDO plywood kind.

They are made from a 1/2″ outdoor grade plywood.  The faces are covered with a smooth white vinyl surface, while the edges are sealed with plastic edging to help protect the boards from moisture.  Plywood a-boards also come equipped with heavy duty flexible rubber hinges, rubber feet to keep the board stable, and a nylon carrying handle.

We reccomend the MDO a-boards for use outdoors due to how long they last, and how well they stand up to wind.

MDO Plywood A-Boards are available in three sizes:

The plastic a-boards are cnc routed out of 6MM (1/4″) PVC plastic.  They include sleek plastic hinges and handles routed into the faces.

PVC a-boards are an excellent choice for short term outdoor use, or indoor use.

The a-boards are fairly light weight, ideal for a sign that will be moved around a lot.  The PVC a-boards are also unique in that both the front and back of both faces can be used.

Our full color digital banners are printed on an HP 9000s Solvent Inkjet printer, giving them excellent outdoor durability and vivid color.  We can make your digital banner up to 4 feet in height.  There is virtually no limit on the length of the banners we can print.

Digitally printed banners are a good choice for designs that use more than 3 colors, have elaborate logo’s, or contain pictures.

We offer both computer cut vinyl and full color digitally printed banners.  High quality 13oz banner material is used for both computer cut and digital banners.  Banners come with hemmed ends, top and bottom grommets for easy hanging, and can be rolled up for quick storage.

Banners can be used indoors or outdoors. They are great for events, promotional applications, or for temporary signage.  All banners are made to fit your needs.

Applied graphics are a great medium to long term, non-permanent option for advertising on your vehicle.

We can do both cut vinyl graphics and digitally printed full color graphics.

Applied vehicle graphics can be removed when the time comes to sell or trade in a vehicle, however they are not reusable like magnetics.

Magnetic signs are a great low cost, non-permanent way to advertise on your vehicle.

The most popular size for magnetics are 12″ x 24″.  We are able to custom cut it to any size or shape.

Magnetics need a nice flat surface for proper adhesion to the vehicle.  It is reccomended that you stay under 60mph with your magnets on your vehicle to limit the chances of losing them.

Corrugated plastic (CORO) is a light weight, low cost material. It can be used indoors, and outdoors for short term signage (12 months).

Coro comes in a variety of colors, some of the most popular are white and yellow. It is 1/8″ thick, and comes up to a maximum size of 4′x8′.
Popular uses for coro are: Real estate signage, bandit signs, political signs, directional signs, special event and promotional signage.

Dibond is a composite material, with a solid plastic core and solid aluminum faces.

This material gives us the strength of MDO plywood, and durability of .080 aluminum at a much lighter weight.

Dibond is 3mm thick (1/8″) and is available in sheets up to 5′x10′.

Dibond is the material of choice for large industrial signs and high quality business ID signs.

MDO Plywood (medium density overlay) is an outdoor grade plywood.  MDO is best suited for outdoor applications that require medium to long term durability (2-5 years).

MDO comes in 1/2″ thickness and is available in sizes up to 4′ x 10′.  It features a wood fiber veneered surface that is sealed with a beautiful white enamel finish, leaving a very smooth and durable surface.  We can paint it with One Shot enamels or outdoor durable latex paint to best match your project.

Popular uses for MDO are: Exterior business ID signs, site/project signs, real estate signage, and directional signs.

We use .080 aluminum sign blanks that have a baked enamel white finish.  It is perfect for long term outdoor use.

Parking and traffic control use is probably what most of us are familiar with seeing aluminum signs used as.  It is also excellent for real estate site signs, business ID and industrial park signs.

Standard sizes are 12″ x 18″ and 18″ x 24″.

We also have 3 sizes of blanks available with a reflective background.  12″ x 18″ and 18″ x 24″ are white reflective.  6″ x 30″ comes with a green reflective background, used almost exclusively for street name signs.
